Hello! I’m Kurt, and I’ve created KWY Cooperative Gallery. A gallery where we, each artist, not only contributes their art but also shares the profits from every sale equitably among the others, redefining what it means to collaborate in the art world. We do this from a place of mutual respect, shared effort, and, above all, transforming traditional structures.
This gallery was born from a desire to rethink the conventional model of value exchange. We want every artist involved, including myself, to be part of a network where the value lies not only in the artwork itself but in how we manage and share it fairly.
My commitment is to work alongside each artist, not as a figurehead, but as an equal member of this cooperative, dedicated to organizing and running things in a horizontal and supportive way.
